Privacy notice

Gloucester Plastering, run by Steve Jones, is responsible for the personal information you give us. Our address is 211 Stroud Road, Gloucester GL1 5JU.

What we collect

Only what you send us when you call, text or email us: usually your name, contact details, the address of the job, a description of the work and any photos you share.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, give you a quote and carry out the work you ask for. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, the contract itself, and our legal duties, such as keeping tax records.

Who sees it

Only Steve sees customer enquiry details. Our service providers, such as Cloudflare, which hosts this website, may process some data where that is technically necessary to provide their services.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses no analytics and sets no cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry doesn't lead to work, we delete it once it is no longer needed. Where you become a customer, we keep the records we need to meet tax, contractual or other legal obligations, for as long as those obligations require.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted or for its use to be restricted, or to object to how we use it. Some of these rights are limited where we must keep records by law. To make a request, call or text 07739 506070 or email steve@gloucestershirebuilders.co.uk.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, helpline 0303 123 1113.
